This course includes the concepts of conflict and crisis, and the significance of both concepts on the educational field, and determining the influencing factors on conflict, conflict management , conflict management strategies, determinig crisis management after diagnosing crisis reasons, methods that deal with crisis, presenting cases about crises in education, theoretical frameworks for crises management, and the role of educational leaders in school crises management within the Jordanian educational system.
